Words to live by in any walk of life, especially in show business where image and health are everything. These are words that Sarah Jacobs knows all too well. She has made a career and life out of combining her love of performing with her belief in the power of healthy eating and living.
Hailing from down south but now in New York over a decade (which might make her an honorary New Yorker…maybe), Sarah has been trying to find that balance between her passions. Originally a dancer, she fell in love with acting and can now be seen across all mediums, whether it’s on stage, on camera or on the web.
However, she was not satisfied just being defined by her acting chops, despite finding ways to combine both:
Several years ago, she co-founded a new project: The Wellness Project NYC aimed at helping people get and stay healthy. After obtaining a certification in Holistic Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Sarah made it a new goal to help both herself, her friends and now her clients stay healthy. Using both conventional and new wave philosophies, her latest venture, The Wellness Project NYC has hit the ground running.
